Philip's Place Philip’s Place Mission Statement Philips Place was formed to help Any Length residents in the last 4 steps transition out into society in an economical, healthy and safe environment. It is more than that however. Successful happy sobriety of the transition residents can be a beacon to the Newcomers lighting the way to lasting quality sobriety. Any Length Recovery is dependent on residents of Philips Place to carry the message to as many Newcomers a possible by giving unselfishly of their time, experience and hope. Philips Place is a large new home located in a residential community. Here residents live independent following rules & guidelines.
